The Master’s event schedule for the year has been updated with the locations of the events we had to move due to Frost Fire being closed this year. You can check it out on the schedule page. If we don’t have enough participants for an event, we’ll . . . → Read More: Schedule has been updated Due to Springhill hosting a Manitoba Cup race on Saturday, our training for that day has been cancelled. We are still good to go for our event on Sunday afternoon, weather permitting. It has been changed from a race to training. Hopefully it doesn’t rain to hard. The Master’s event originally scheduled for Wednesday Jan 18th has been changed from Race #1 to a Training night. As we’ve only had once training night so far this season, we figured it would be best to get some coaching done before we start timing everyone. We are hoping to add a Training event this Sunday, January 15th at Springhill from 1 – 4. Please respond to the Team Snap email to let us know if you are going to be able to make it. I’m starting to get tired of writing that. Hopefully the weather warms up a little bit soon so we can get out on the hill. It’s a might nippy out there today. With the windchill below our cut off point of -27, training for today has been cancelled. Cross your fingers that we can train on Wednesday night. As Frost Fire isn’t running their chair lifts this year, we are having to move all the events that were scheduled for there to a different location. Thus, please note that the training for this Sunday, originally scheduled for Frost Fire, has been re-located to Springhill. Also note the time, 12:30 pm to 4 pm. . . . → Read More: Training Jan 8th Moved to Springhill Springhill is still operating on 10 – 5 Holiday hours, so they won’t be open for us this Wednesday night. Looking at the forecast, it looks like it would have been pretty nippy out anyway. Springhill is only open from 9-5 on Wednesday, December 28, 2016 so the training scheduled for the evening is cancelled. Next training day is January 4, 2017.
