I know the weather is still warm out there and the last thing you want to think about is snow. But “Winter is Coming”, and if we want to ski as a club, we have to prepare.
To that end, the club needs your help. We are currently looking for someone who can take over as Treasurer for the club. Joel has been doing a wonderful job for many years now, and he wants to take a break. This is a position we can’t leave unfilled. Additionally, we need to attract some new members and grow the club. We have a great club and can provide a wonderful service to the skiing community. But I don’t think that a lot of skiers know we exist. If you are interested in helping the club spread the word of skiing in Manitoba, please let me know. We need to get started as soon as possible.
In the coming week or two I am going to send out another survey to get a gauge on how many skiers we have interested in joining the club this year. Please fill out the survey so we know where we stand.
